Support Services

We provide fast and reliable support to all our customers whether they are on one of CDR's Support Contracts or on a Pay-As-You-Go option. We aim to give a response to all requests within 30 minutes. Existing clients will get an e-mail informing them that their call has been logged and an engineer will ring them shortly to go through their support issue. New clients will get their details taken and again receive an e-mail to confirm they have requested CDR's assistance. We pride ourselves in getting back to all our customers within 30 minutes as we understand how essential it is to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible. It may be a computer that has crashed, a server that has gone down, no internet connection, or even a faulty keyboard. What ever your request, we will try to get it resolved straight away.

 

Your telephone calls will be handled by a person and not a machine. We believe it is important that you speak to someone straight away rather than being placed in a queue, listening to an automated voice system, or leaving a message on an answer machine. It can be very frustrating otherwise as we all know.

 

All e-mail requests are logged and a return phone call will be made to you to try and assist you over the phone. We may take control of your computers desktop and see for ourselves the problems you are having, or you may require an engineer to come to you and resolve your issue on site. Either way, CDR's Support Services are there to get you up and running again as quickly as possible.
